Our Story
Our Story FUDGEE was founded on the beautiful Gold Coast by Bianca, inspired by a dream to build a family business alongside her children while creating an entirely new kind of dessert. A handcrafted fudge cookie. FUDGEE’s story began with a much loved New Zealand family recipe, passed down through generations, from grandmother to mother and eventually to Bianca. Inspired by those family traditions, the original homemade slice evolved into our signature FUDGEE. A handcrafted fudge cookie made on the Gold Coast, finished with pure chocolate drizzles, creative flavours and signature toppings. We’re incredibly grateful for where this journey has begun and trust God to guide each step as FUDGEE continues to grow. Our dream is to build more than a dessert brand. We hope to create a community centred around sharing, generosity and genuine connection, using our business to bless people beyond the desserts we create. Above all, we hope every FUDGEE becomes part of a memory worth keeping… and may change the way you look at regular cookies forever.
